The HDMI repeater will provide better stability to the HDMI signal and also better protection to your HDMI ports.
If your kit comes with the HDMI connector, please contact us to arrange an HDMI repeater.
The HDMI connector would normally be connected between your 5m HDMI cable and your camera HDMI cable as per below:
The HDMI repeater looks like the below image with an Input and Output port:
In order to replace the HDMI connector, simply remove the HDMI connector and replace it with HDMI repeater.
Please make sure that the INPUT port is connected to the camera HDMI cable and the OUTPUT port is connected to the 5m HDMI cable.
