Lilypad is our newest fan engagement tool - find out more here. The rollout of the new product for Australian FrogBox customers occurred in January 2022, with UK (Play-Cricket) customers following suit in May 2022 & The Scotland (Cricket Scotland Live) & The Netherlands (KNCB Live) markets joining in July 2022 which means all Australian, UK and Netherlands clubs who own a FrogBox kit are eligible to sign up and start using Lilypad now!

If you are a FrogBox customer from the any of the regions above, simply submit a support enquiry ticket including the name of your club and contact name, email and number for each of your requested users (maximum of 3 per club). Please ensure the person requesting access is an authorised FrogBox user and is a known person to FrogBox Support. Our support team will respond with instructions to activate your user accounts.


All other customers, please stay tuned for information regarding our rollout dates.


Creating your Lilypad Account


1. Navigate to the Lilypad login page as per the invitation email

2. Click the 'Login/Register' button


3. Click the "Sign Up" link


4. Fill up all the fields and click the "Sign Up" button to proceed


You will need to use the email address that you received the invitation from


5. You will receive the verification code in your email inbox. Enter the verification code to activate your Lilypad account



6. Once you have entered the verification code and confirmed your account, you will be directed to the Terms and Conditions page. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully and tick the boxes if you agree to them. Then click SUBMIT to enter.


TIP: If your verification code expires please wait 15 minutes until signing up again. After 15 minutes the system will allow you to try to sign up again.
