HOW TO TRIM YOUR VIDEOS


Enhance your content by mastering the art of video trimming. Here's a concise guide to help you trim your match stream videos effectively in YouTube Studio:


1. Access YouTube Studio:

  • Log in and navigate to YouTube Studio (towards the bottom left of YouTube's landing page).
  • Click "Content", then "Live" and select the video you want to trim.


2. Enter the Video Editor:

  • Inside the video details page, click on the "Editor" tab to the left.


3. Use the Trim Tool:

  • Locate and click on the "Trim & Cut" tool on towards the top of the page.


4. Choose Trim Points:

  • Set the beginning and end points on the timeline using the sliding trim tool to capture the desired moments.
  • Use the preview window for accuracy.


5. Preview and Fine-Tune:

  • Click "Preview" to review the trimmed video.
  • Adjust trim points again if needed.


6. Save Changes:

  • Click "Save" to apply the trim.

7. Publish or Schedule:

  • Choose to publish immediately or schedule for later.
