Please refer to this article: How to Manage Your Users in FrogBox Go. Look out for an email confirmation, which will guide you through creating your password and login for the first time. Remember to check your junk/spam folder in case it ends up there.
Important Notes:
Automatic Account Creation
All new customers will have an account created automatically by the FrogBox team during the onboarding process. This initial account is set up for the club administrator, who can then create as many additional user accounts as needed.
User Management
Any user in the system has the ability to:Add new users
Delete existing users
Reset passwords
Already using Lilypad?
If you have an active Lilypad account, you do not need to register again. Your Lilypad login details will also work for FrogBox Go.
Not sure if you have a Lilypad account?
If you're unsure, submit a ticket or ask your Club administrator to ensure you have access.
Multiple Administrators Welcome
You can add as many users as needed. Ideally, FrogBox Go access should be provided to those scheduling, setting up, and managing the FrogBox kit(s) each week. This helps ensure only the relevant people have control.
