Step 1: Once you've logged in, you will need to check if your club's YouTube channel has been connected to your FrogBox Go account. You will not need to complete the below actions if connection is already complete.

Step 2: If not yet connected, you will be prompted to do so from the Home page. Click on 'YouTube account requires re-connecting'. This will be the only action available to you.

Step 3: Firstly you will be presented with a list of Google accounts you have access to. In most cases the correct account will have an intuitive name the correlates with your Club, School or Association. Do not choose your personal Google account unless you specifically wish your FrogBox streams to be connected to it.

Step 4: Next you will be a presented with a list of YouTube accounts your selected Google account manages or owns.

Step 5: Confirm your selection by pressing the continue button.

Step 6: You may need to tick a number of permissions boxes, allowing FrogBox access to your channel. It is important to tick all these boxes. You may also see that FrogBox already has some access - this may be because we've accepted an invitation to manage your account in the past. Ensure all tick boxes are checked, and hit continue.

Step 7: It may take several seconds for the page to reload. If you return to a blank screen, with FrogBox Go still asking you to Connect your YouTube account scroll to the bottom of the page and check for a "user is not enabled for live streaming" message as per the image below:

Enabling live streaming is essential for linking to your YouTube channel. Fortunately this is a very simple process. Please follow the steps in the article/video below to enable live streaming. Once done please notify us if you need further assistance linking you up.

If, when you scroll to the bottom of the page you see a "user is blocked from live streaming" message as per the image below, this is because once live streaming has been initiated, YouTube imposes a mandatory 24 hour waiting period. You cannot connect FrogBox Go to your channel until this countdown is complete.

Please wait for the countdown to complete before attempting to link FrogBox Go. Repeat Steps 1 through to 6. You should now be connected. Your menu bar on the left will populate with actions, and you will see details of your YouTube channel with the option to disconnect should you wish to connect to a different channel in the future.
