Got an issue with your FrogBox vision? FrogBox Go empowers you to troubleshoot your vision and hardware directly from your phone whilst at the ground. This removes the need to wait on the Customer Support team to help with the troubleshooting common issues as FrogBox Go will guide you through every step of the way.




Step 1: Log into FrogBox Go with a username that has been linked to the club that will be streaming. Your view will default to the Home page.


Step 2: To find your match, you can either click on Today's Streams or Manage Stream.



Step 3: Look out for the    under the team names, or the "Service is Live" notice at the top of the screen to indicate that FrogBox is ready to receive your vision. 




Step 4:  Scroll down the page and find the video player under Preview Stream. Click the Play button to see what vision you are sending FrogBox in real time.



 

Step 5: Click the Diagnostic  drop down button to display information about your encoder. If everything is working as expected, all key indicators will display as green - i.e. you will see a  Pushing   Camera   Battery 100%  and at least one of  4G  or  WiFi  or  Ethernet .



Step 6: Click on the Troubleshooting button if any of the required indicators are red, or your video from Step 4 isn’t smooth.


Step 7: Follow the troubleshooting prompts and answer the questions as best you can. FrogBox Go will try to help you fix the issue. 


Step 8: If these troubleshooting steps don’t fix the issue, FrogBox Go will prompt you to send a pre-filled email template which will raise a ticket for you with the FrogBox Customer Support Team for further investigation.
