There may be occasions when you'll need to schedule multiple streams in one day - for example, a day tournament where there may be semi finals followed by a final. In order to do this, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Select Schedule Stream, either from the menu bar, or under Actions.
Step 2: Filter the View by Weeks or Match List.
Step 3: Select matches in chronological order, starting from earliest and hit Next.
Step 4: Navigate to the Scheduled end time (Venue) field and ensure the finish time is at least 1 minute prior to the next match's scheduled start. When done, click Schedule (or Save Changes if you're editing an existing scheduled stream).
Step 5: You should now be able to schedule the following stream without issue. Repeat this process for each subsequent match.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Encoder Unavailable
If you haven't adjusted the finish time of an earlier match, the encoder will appear as Unavailable. This indicates that another scheduled stream has an overlapping time. To resolve this:
- Go to Manage Stream, locate the overlapping stream, and edit the end time.
- If no overlap is found, refresh your browser.
- If the issue persists, contact FrogBox Support through your support channel.
2. Mismatch / Match Moved
This error occurs if you amend your start time in FrogBox Go, rather than an end time. It is not a serious issue, and won't affect your stream, but if you prefer to remove this error message, edit the end time of streams only.
3. Missing Final
FrogBox streams can't be scheduled until both finalists have been updated in your relevant match centre (ie.g. PlayHQ, Play-Cricket, Cricketscotlandlive etc). Once they have been updated, refresh your browser in FrogBox Go.
PLEASE NOTE on match day it is essential to stop each stream in Manage Stream to allow the next scheduled stream to start. Hit the Stop Stream button when the match is over. It may take a few minutes for the next stream to go into a live state.
