We recommend clubs set up their kit at least 2 hours before start time. This will ensure you have ample time to test your set up and proactively resolve any issues.


Once you've set up your camera and encoder, FrogBox Go will help you to test your set up.


Step 1: Go to Manage Stream, select the match, and click on the Diagnostic dropdown.




Step 2: Ensure all indicators -  Camera   Battery 100%  and at least one of  4G  or  WiFi  or  Ethernet  - are GREEN. 




Step 3: If any of these indicators are RED, click Troubleshoot and follow the prompts to resolve. In saying that, please note that Pushing will be red for now but will turn green 1 hour before start, this is when you can preview your vision using this same process in FrogBox Go.




Step 4: Once you're within 1 hour of start time, follow the instructions in this article on How to Preview your vision in FrogBox Go
