We recommend clubs set up and test their kit a few days in advance or at least 2 hours before start time. This will ensure you have ample time to test your set up and proactively resolve any issues - without the rush of game day!
This video will guide through the testing process:
Step 1: Set up your camera and encoder.
Step 2: Log into FrogBox Go to test your set up.
Step 3: Go to Manage Stream, select the match, and click on the Diagnostic dropdown.
Step 4: Ensure all indicators - Camera Battery 100% and at least one of 4G or WiFi or Ethernet - are GREEN.
Step 5: If any of these indicators are RED, click Troubleshoot and follow the prompts to resolve. In saying that, please note that Pushing will be red for now but will turn green 1 hour before start, this is when you can preview your vision using this same process in FrogBox Go.
Step 6: Once you're within 1 hour of start time, follow the instructions in this article on How to Preview your vision in FrogBox Go.
