FrogBox Go's Graphics Management function requires images to be precisely sized before they can be successfully uploaded. This article is a guide to resizing and formatting your club's sponsor images prior to uploading them onto your stream via FrogBox Go.
Note: Resizing and reformating cannot be done in FrogBox Go itself. You will need to install a suitable graphics program. In this article, we use Paint.net, a freeware alternative to Adobe Photoshop.
There are three sponsor positions, and a scorecard position for team logos. Each requires a different image size.
Position 1: Top right watermark
This appears permanently on your stream. This must be 200 pixels in width, and 200 pixels in height (200x200). There can only be one top right watermark.
Position 2: Sponsors
These appear at the start and end of a match, and during breaks in play (e.g. lunch or a rain delay). These must be 800 pixels in width, and 150 pixels in height (800x150). You can have up to eight sponsor images.
Position 3: Banners
These appear as popups between overs. These must be 1900 pixels in width, and 150 pixels in height (1900x150). You can have up to eight banner images.
Position 4: Team Logos
These appear by team names on your scorecard. These must be 114 pixels in width, and 114 pixels in height (114x114). You can have up to eight banner images. Your logo must be uploaded via the Settings link in your menu bar.
Note: You cannot upload your opponents' logos - this is to prevent your opponents having the ability to change your logo without consent - and can only be done by a member of FrogBox's support team.
Error Messages
If your images have not been correctly sized, you'll see the following error message when trying to upload sponsor graphics. Next to your image e.g. "Image must be 1900x150px). And by the Save button "There are invalid images present, remove or replace them before saving".
Trying to upload an incorrectly sized team logo will take you to a Crop Image window. If oversized, you can only see and size a portion of your image
If undersized, you will not be able to upload your logo.

In this example, we’ll show you how to resize a breaks in play sponsor position image (800x150px).
Step 1: Start by selecting “Resize...”.
Step 2: Resize your image height to 150 pixels, while maintaining the aspect ratio. Ensure this has been selected by ticking the box.
Step 3: Consider using the Colour Picker tool to ensure your background colour will match the colour of your image. You will then need to toggle your foreground and background colours.

Step 5: Untick "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and change the width to 800px.
Step 6: If, after resizing your image, you find the width is too great to crop, then you will need to reverse the steps above, resizing the width first, then cropping the height. Go to Resize..., ensuring Maintain apect ratio is ticked, change the width to 800px.
Step 7: Select Canvas Size, untick "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and change the height to 150px.
