All clubs, schools and associations must have their own YouTube channel to stream matches via FrogBox. Linking your channel to FrogBox Go is a simple process  - please refer to How to Connect FrogBox Go to YouTube for detailed instructions.

If you're not yet registered for FrogBox Go, you can do so here: FrogBox Go Registration Form.

Allowing FrogBox to Assist with YouTube Troubleshooting

At times, a FrogBox agent may need to troubleshoot YouTube-related issues. In such cases, you will need to add FrogBox as a manager of your YouTube channel.

Steps to Ensure Your Channel is Ready:

Note: Adding FrogBox as a manager is not required, as FrogBox Go users can link their own channels. However, we strongly recommend that all clubs add FrogBox as a manager. This allows FrogBox Support to link your channel on your behalf and assist with troubleshooting if needed.

Important: YouTube Brand Account Requirement:

Users must have a YouTube Brand Account for FrogBox Support to link their channel.

Adding FrogBox as a Manager of a Brand Account

Step 1: Ensure you are logged into YouTube as the channel owner. Navigate to the bottom left of the screen and select Settings above Report History.

Step 2: In the centre of the page you will be presented with the option to Add or remove manager(s) under Channel managers. If you don't see this, skip to Step 9.

Step 3: Select Manage Permissions.

Step 4: You will be asked to verify yourself. Follow the prompts.

Step 5: Click the Add New User icon in the top right of the pop-up.

Step 6: Type [email protected] in the Add names or email addresses field.

Step 7: Select Manager in the dropdown.

Step 8: Select Invite.

FrogBox will now receive an invitation to manage your channel and will shortly process the invitation during work hours.

If you do not see the Add or remove manager(s) option in Step 2, it most likely means your account isn't a brand account. In this instance you have three options:

1) If you don't wish or need FrogBox to link your account, but wish FrogBox to have access for other troubleshooting purposes, skip to Step 9.

2) If you wish to change your account to a brand account, please see the following video: Moving Your Channel to a Brand Account

3) If you wish to create a new brand account, follow the 6 steps at the start of the following article - Learn how to create a Brand Account.
