FrogBox

One of the most valuable features of FrogBox is the ability to integrate your club's sponsor logos onto your streams. It's a great way to attract new sponsors and revenue through promoting their brand on your streams.

Below we'll guide you on how to set up your graphics with FrogBox Go. Be sure to resize your images to the dimensions outlined below. To assist with this, there are plenty of image editing software available (e.g. Photoshop or paint.net) or alternatively you can search the internet for image re-sizing and PNG converting websites where you simply upload your image and it will do it for you. Note: the system only accepts the exact sizes as described for each position; uploads in other dimensions will not work. 

We recommend working from your laptop to set up your graphics so you've got plenty of room to get creative. 

Step 1: Go to the Graphics section of Frog Box Go. Here is where you can review and manage your graphics packages.

Step 2: Here you have the option to either (1) add a new graphics package to your selection or (2) review and edit your latest graphics packages. Our recommendation to review your latest graphics packages as this may minimise the set up process for you.

Step 3: To edit a package, simply click on the package you'd like to edit. To create a new graphics package, click Add Graphic.

Step 4: Review and populate the settings:

• Edit the Name field - The title should be as descriptive as possible. This will help all users of FrogBox Go in your club to understand how and when to select the appropriate graphics package when scheduling or managing each match.
  
  
• Tick Default for the graphics package you'd like streams to default to. Users can select a different graphics package if needed when scheduling or managing a stream.

Step 5: Upload a top right logo by clicking on the Logos section. Review and delete the graphics that are no longer relevant by clicking on the Rubbish icon. Click on Upload an Image and click Save. 

This is where you can upload your club's logo, a sponsor logo or a combination of both (if you create a graphic that includes both in the one image). 

• Visibility: Entire stream
• Size: 200x200px 
• Format: Any file format

Step 6: Upload sponsor logos and ads by clicking on the Sponsors section. Review and delete the graphics that are no longer relevant by clicking on the Rubbish icon. Upload the latest images by clicking on Upload an Image and Save.

You can upload up to 8 sponsor images. If you have more than 8 sponsors to showcase, we recommend you create a graphic that includes multiple sponsor logos in the one image.

• Visibility: When the team lists are displayed and when a break is set in the live scoring app - this is generally during drinks, innings, lunch, tea, injury, bad light and/or stumps.
• Size: 800x150px
• Format: Any file format 
• Max amount: Eight (8)
  
  

Step 7: Upload pop-up banners by clicking on the Banners section. Review and delete the graphics that are no longer relevant by clicking on the Rubbish icon. Upload the latest images by clicking on Upload an Image and Save.

You can upload up to 8 banner images. These banners will pop-up at the end of each over. They will rotate through one per over in the same sequence throughout the match. 

• Visibility: Rotating pop-ups, at the end of each over
• Size: 1900x150px 
• Format: Any file format

Step 8: Once complete, you and the other users of your FrogBox Go account will be able to select the relevant graphics packages when scheduling or managing a stream. 

Step 9: To add your team logo to the score bar, please navigate to Settings in your FrogBox Go menu.

Simply select Upload an Image, ensure it conforms to the required sizing of 114x114px, and hit Save.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT UPLOAD YOUR OPPONENTS' LOGOS VIA YOUR FROGBOX GO

To upload opposition logos, please Submit a Ticket for FrogBox staff to process. Select "FrogBox Graphics" under Product, "Upload Opposition Logos" under Inquiry Type, and send us the desired images.
