FrogBox Play is the home for cricket’s best moments. Click here for more information: FrogBox Play - What is it?
Imagine this: your players log into FrogBox Play, search their name (or their teammates and peers), and swipe through an endless feed of TikTok-style clips featuring their top plays and unforgettable moments on the field.
If you'd like this for your club, you will need to enable Player Search functionality for FrogBox Play. You can do this within your club's FrogBox Go account. Here's how.
Step 1: Log into FrogBox Go.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Scroll down to go to the section titled FrogBox Play Settings.
Step 4: Activate Player Search by turning on the Global Permission allowing 'your club’s players to be searchable within the FrogBox Play app'.
By activating the Player Search functionality, only clips of players who feature in your FrogBox streams with the Public privacy setting will be searchable within FrogBox Play.
Step 5: If you’d like to exclude a specific player/s from being searchable, add the player to the Exceptions list.
However, please note that clips of players who feature in your FrogBox streams with the Unlisted or Private privacy setting will not be searchable within FrogBox Play so you do not need to add these players to Exceptions list.
If you'd like to remove an exception, click Clear Exception.
If you'd like to disable Player Search at any stage, please submit a ticket via https://frogbox.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new.
