The consent status for video streaming is captured for all under-18 players in Play HQ. Underage players are prompted to input their consent status during the registration process each season and can update their status at any point throughout the season (click here for more information).
Before each scheduled stream, club members with administrator access can log into PlayHQ to review the consent status for their teams as well as the opposition teams. Please refer to PlayHQ's article for more information: How can clubs review the consent status for under-18 participants in PlayHQ?
This review process should be done as part of confirming consent in FrogBox Go within 72 hours prior to each scheduled stream (click here for more information).
