Camera Won't Turn On

  • Ensure battery is charged (plug in USB-C and check for purple LED)

  • Press and hold button for 1-2 seconds

  • If unresponsive, charge the camera for at least 30 minutes and try again

Bluetooth Won't Pair

  • Ensure you're holding the button for 3 seconds (not 1-2)

  • Look for the fast blue blink

  • Check your phone's Bluetooth is enabled

  • Try forgetting the device in your phone settings and re-pairing

  • If still failing, perform a factory reset

No Video on Encoder Screen

  • Check HDMI cable is fully inserted at both ends

  • Ensure camera is powered on (solid green LED)

  • Try unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable

  • Verify the encoder is powered on

Camera Not Responding to App Commands

  • Check Bluetooth connection in the app

  • Move phone closer to camera

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting in the app

  • Restart the app if issues persist

Tripod Won't Extend

  • Check all locking collars are loosened

  • Undo the 2nd bottom screw to release the legs

  • If segments are sticking, gently twist while pulling

Encoder Orientation Seems Wrong

  • The encoder should face the opposite direction to the camera

  • This makes the pan action (rotating the mast) feel natural

  • Preview screen faces you while camera faces the field
