Streaming your club’s live matches directly from a mobile device is a fast, flexible, and high-quality way to engage your fanbase, sponsors, and community. 

Before you can begin live streaming from your phone, you must first activate your club's FrogBox Go account. Here's everything else you'll need to stream with your mobile phone. 

Already a FrogBox Go customer? You don’t need to activate a new account. Simply use your existing FrogBox Go login details to access FrogBox Go Lite.


Once you have activated your FrogBox Go account as per the below steps, your username and password serves as universal log in credentials across two platforms:

  • FrogBox Go (Web Platform): Your club's streaming portal, where you'll set up your club and sponsor branding. Used on desktop or mobile browsers.
     

  • FrogBox Go Lite (Mobile App): The mobile phone app you'll download and use on match day to live score, start and manage your live stream directly from your phone. 



Step-by-Step Account Activation


Step 1: Locate Your Email Invitation

  • Check the inbox of the email account registered with your club. You should have received a FrogBox Go invitation email giving you access to your club's account.

  • Can't find the email? Check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders. If you still cannot find your invitation, contact the support team directly at support@frogbox.com.

Step 2: Set Your Password

  • Click the activation button or link inside the invitation email.

  • You will be directed to a secure webpage prompting you to set a strong password for your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.

Step 3: Verify Your Credentials

  • Once your password is saved, your account is fully activated.

  • You can now test your credentials by signing into the web portal and logging into FrogBox Go Lite once you have downloaded the mobile app.
